Patient Portal

By enrolling your child in our patient portal, you can review your child’s immunization records, growth chart, upcoming appointments, and much more!

If you have not been into our office since 4/28/2020, you will need to fill out a HIPAA form so we can give you access to the portal. Click here to download the form.

You can return the form via:

  • Securely text the form via Klara at (402) 674-4811

  • Email at office@pediatricspc.com

  • Or bring it to our office.

Bill Pay

You can pay you bill in person, over the phone, or online by clicking the link below.

Please know that by making a payment through the portal, you are auto-enrolled to receive all future statements electronically via your e-mail UNLESS you "uncheck" the E-Statement box.
